Cabo Corridor Beachfront Real Estate
The Cabo Corridor is the western half of the Tourist Corridor, the stretch of coast that runs toward Cabo San Lucas. It is a coastline of headlands, rock formations and small coves, and many of its beachfront homes look straight down the coast to the arch at Land’s End.
Beachfront here comes in pockets rather than one long beach. Punta Ballena, Whale Point in Cabo Bello, Puerta del Sol in Cabo del Sol and the gated cove at Playa del Rey each have a handful of homes right on the water. Closer to town, Misiones del Cabo offers beachfront condos on a point with two small beaches and good snorkeling.
Because each enclave is so small, beachfront listings on the Cabo Corridor do not come up often, and the right one can go quickly.

Small Enclaves, Big Views
A coast of headlands and coves between the Corridor and Cabo San Lucas
The appeal of the Cabo Corridor is the view. Homes on Whale Point and Punta Ballena sit on dramatic rock formations with the surf breaking below, while the coves of Playa del Rey and Misiones del Cabo are calmer and better for getting in the water. Some listing agents describe their coves as swimmable; it is always worth seeing the water for yourself and checking conditions on the day.
Resorts such as Esperanza and The Cape are close by, which means restaurants and spas within a few minutes of home.
Beachfront homes here range from classic Mexican haciendas built in the 1990s and 2000s to newly reimagined modern villas. Several are run as luxury vacation rentals when the owners are away, so ask for actual rental history rather than projections.
Misiones del Cabo is the condo option on this coast: an established oceanfront complex with pools, gardens and units from studios to two bedrooms, popular as both a home base and a rental.
Cabo San Lucas, the marina and downtown are only a short drive west, and golf at Cabo del Sol, Cabo Real and other Corridor courses is close by. That puts the Cabo Corridor in a sweet spot for buyers who want privacy and a beachfront setting without being far from town.
As with every beachfront purchase, confirm the beach access, federal-zone concession and HOA rules before you make an offer.

In some coves. Playa del Rey and the coves at Misiones del Cabo are calmer than the open coast, while homes on the rocky points face breaking surf. Check conditions and flags before swimming.
